Service Policy

Aspen provides 2 years International warranty from the date of purchase.

Components covered:

Warranty is covered on watch movement, or manufacturing defects. If any material or workmanship found defective, under normal use, the component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges.

Original invoice, warranty card with dealer stamp will need to be submitted along with the watch.

Components not covered in the warranty:

The warranty does not cover any damaged occurred due to mishandling of the watch or storing the product incorrectly. Also damaged due to aging of the watch i.e. scratched crystal, alteration of the colour and/or material of the metallic bracelets, chains and non-metallic straps, such as leather, textile, rubber, peeling of the plating are not covered in the warranty.

Defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet are not covered in the warranty. Also if the watch has water damage unless the watch has been marked as water-resistant is not covered under warranty.

Any accidently damage to the product is not covered in warranty.
